Software we design and license under our own name. Everything we learn running these products at scale — about performance, about how operations really behave, about what breaks — goes straight into the custom work.
Our productsAbout
YNIIDI is a software and systems company. We license products we own, and we build systems others come to own. The through-line has never changed: the software running a business should belong to that business.
Our position: own — not rent.
A small, deliberate team of builders. We work directly with the people who run the operation — founders, operators, the person who actually knows why the process is the way it is — and we build from there.
We take on fewer engagements than we could. That is a choice. It means the people who scope your system are the people who build it, and the standard doesn’t thin out as the work moves down a chain.
We are equally comfortable saying no. If a product on the market already solves your problem, we’ll tell you and point at it. What we won’t do is sell you a build you don’t need.
Products and services aren’t separate businesses here, and one isn’t a lesser version of the other. They are two ways of answering the same question — what should this company own?
Software we design and license under our own name. Everything we learn running these products at scale — about performance, about how operations really behave, about what breaks — goes straight into the custom work.
Our productsSystems built for a single company’s way of working. Everything we learn solving one operator’s hard, specific problem is what eventually becomes a product worth licensing to everyone else.
Our servicesEach arm makes the other better. That’s why we keep both.
The last decade taught businesses to lease everything: their tools, their data, their operational memory. It was convenient at first. Then the seat count grew, the pricing moved, the export got harder, and the ceiling appeared.
We think the correction is already underway. Serious companies are starting to ask a sharper question — not “what does this cost per month,” but “what do we have at the end of it?”
YNIIDI exists to give a good answer to that question. Licensed on terms that make it yours, or built from scratch and handed over. Either way, you finish holding the asset.
Before YNIIDI was a software company, there was a real distribution operation — orders taken over WhatsApp, stock tracked in Excel, payments chased from memory, and a monthly ritual of trying to work out what had actually been earned. Every system that promised to fix it wanted a subscription in perpetuity, and none of them worked the way the business worked.
So we built one. That system became BOOM, and BOOM became a product other operators could license and own.
Scrollwalk came the same way: a real problem (agents stuck between timed Reels and heavy 3D tours) turned into a product — this time SaaS, because agents need a shared platform to publish into, not another server to run.
The custom work came from the same place. Once you’ve built a system for an operation you know intimately, you understand why generic software so often fails — and why building around a specific workflow is craft worth taking seriously, not a lower-tier service. We treat it that way. A bespoke system for one client gets the same rigour as a product we ship.
Nobody sets out to rent their own operations. It just happens one subscription at a time. Our job is to build the software that ends that — and then get out of the way.
Whether you’re licensing a product or scoping a build, the conversation starts the same way — you tell us how the business runs, and we tell you honestly what it needs.
