Software & Systems Company
Every year, businesses pay again for software they never come to own. YNIIDI builds the other kind — licensed products and custom systems that belong to the companies running them.
Two ways we do it: products we license to you, and systems we build for you. Both end the same way — with the software in your hands.
The systems that hold your orders, your margins, your customers and your history are usually rented — billed per seat, per month, forever. Stop paying and the business stops working. That isn’t infrastructure. That’s a tenancy.
We think the software running a business should be an asset on your side of the table. That principle holds whether we license you a product or build you a system from scratch.
YNIIDI operates two equal lines of work. Neither is a fallback for the other — they are two routes to the same outcome.
Software we design, build and ship under our own name. BOOM is a one-time license you host yourself. Scrollwalk is SaaS for agents who need a shared listing platform. Both came from real operational problems.
Software built around how your business actually runs. When your workflow is the advantage, it deserves a system shaped to it — scoped properly, built properly, and handed to you at the end.
Different models, same standard: built from a real problem, ready for someone else to run.
Operating system for trading & distribution
Orders, inventory, purchases, payments, dues and profit in one self-hosted system. License once, run on your server, no per-seat fees.
Listing pages buyers walk through
Film a home on your phone. Scrollwalk turns it into a scroll-controlled walkthrough on a branded listing page with enquiries, viewings and WhatsApp built in.
When an off-the-shelf product would force you to work someone else’s way, we build the system your way instead.
Systems built around the process that already makes your business work.
Your product idea taken from scope to a platform you own and can sell.
Android and iOS apps for teams that operate away from a desk.
Dashboards, portals and internal tools that hold up under daily use.
Fast, considered sites that carry the weight of a serious company.
Systems connected end to end, so the manual re-entry stops.
We sit with the operation and map how it actually runs. This is where we tell you honestly whether a product fits or a custom build is the right call.
Fixed scope, defined deliverables, agreed timeline and a clear commercial. You know what you are getting before anyone writes code.
We build, deploy and get your team running. Then the system, the data and the control sit with you.
We started YNIIDI because we were running a real business on spreadsheets and WhatsApp, and every tool that promised to fix it wanted rent for the privilege. So we built our own.
Now we do both — we license the products we own, and we build systems for companies who need something only they could use. The craft matters the same either way. What matters most is who owns it at the end.
If a licensed product fits, we’ll point you to it. If it doesn’t, we’ll scope the system that does. Either way, you end up owning it.
